About Us
Laura Alexander formed LDA Partners, LLC in August 2019, bringing over 30 years of federal experience in professional development for technical contributors, managers at all levels and senior leaders. As a respected Senior Executive, she has mentored and coached individuals dealing with high stress, high stakes challenges; undergoing extensive organizational change; and instituting culture shifts.
Laura is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. Her certifications include: CPP Strong Interest Inventory, Knowdell Job and Career Transition Coach, Knowdell Job and Career Development Coach, Leadership Versatility Index, EQ-I 2.0, and the Hogan Leadership Suite.
She and her husband live in Bel Air, MD and Port Charlotte, FL.
